Saturday, July 27, 2013, Jesse Ladoue was crowned Miss International 2013. Jesse competed as Miss New York International against 45 women from around the globe. The remaining top five were: Charity Bess, Miss Minnesota International (first runner-up), Jan Humphrey, Miss Netherlands International (second runner-up), Mollie Parker, Miss Arkansas International (third runner-up), and Lauren Stopher, Miss Idaho International (fourth runner-up).
The top ten for this year were: Ashley Greenfield
(Virginia), Mollie Parker (Arkansas), Samantha Riddle (Texas), Tiffany Allen
(California), Taylor Wagner (North Dakota), Rachel Syktich (Pennsylvania),
Lauren Stopher (Idaho), Charity Bess (Minnesota), Jan Humphrey (Netherlands), and
Jesse Ladoue (New York).

International 2013, will use her year to promote platform, “Volunteerism: Building Stronger Communities Through
Service” as well as the official Miss
International alliance with the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women.
The Teen and Miss
International Pageants are Mrs. International productions. Mrs. International
began 23 years ago and the Teen competition was developed to promote today's
teens, ages 13 - 18, the Miss competition was created to showcase single women,
who are 19 to 29 years old and their accomplishments. Each contestant competes
in Interview competition, which is valued at 40% of their total score, Evening
Gown, valued for 20%, Fitness Wear for 20%, and Fun Fashion Wear 20%. Each
contestant also has the opportunity to select a platform of her choice.
