Mary Tocco was crowned America's Outstanding Mom 2013 on Saturday, July 27, 2013. The pageant was held at the Tiki Resort in Lake George, New York. Tocco is the mother of five grown children and grandmother to five. In a recent interview with her local newspaper, Tocco explained, "My No. 1 goal was to be a mom."
The America's Outstanding Mom Pageant has four competing categories: Personal Interview (40%)
